Creative Changemakers

During my final year at NTU I had the opportunity to submit my work to the ‘Creative Changemakers’ competition. My entry included my ‘The Great Unknown’ Zine, which was created in collaboration with clothing brand, TSPTR, and explores 1970’s and 80’s surf community culture.

Within this entry I wanted to highlight my values aligning with community and sustainability, sharing personal stories and connections to the ocean, as well as memories and experiences from loved ones.

This project was a very personal one for me, with family living down in Cornwall and spending my childhood along the Cornish coastline. I enjoyed how I was able to document this within my work, and I always strive to bring in personal experiences with my creativity.

My work has also been submitted as part of the Graduate Fashion Week competition - Fashion Communications Portfolio Award to showcase some of the highlights of my work. This demonstrates my ability academically as well as a creative.

I am also featured on NTU’s We Are Creative page.
